Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious but being on the third floor made it a bit inconvenient, yet they had nice coffee/tea facilities and a few biscuits available. However, there was a bit of a letdown when it came to the noise from the music club next door at night. The service was friendly, although there was a mix-up with the room arrangements. The location was not exactly as expected, being close to La Defense but not right in the heart of it, and the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. The dining experience left much to be desired, with a lack of variety and poorly replenished items. Facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.
I found the hotel to have clean and modern rooms with a convenient coffee/tea service, but the mattresses were a bit too hard for my liking. The staff was welcoming and helpful, although there was a slight language confusion initially. The location was excellent for access to the new arena and train services, but the neighborhood felt rough and dangerous. The dining options were inadequate, and the lack of essential items made the experience disappointing.
The hotel offers small rooms that can feel cramped once you open your suitcase, but we were upgraded to a slightly larger room for no additional cost. The staff is kind and helpful, and the room cleaning service was excellent. However, the room was not replenished often enough considering the number of guests.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were good and met my expectations, although the mattresses were a bit too hard for my liking. The service was helpful, but there were some communication issues, and they should have informed us earlier about the heat/air con policy. The location was nice, with easy access to La Défense, but the noise from the next-door music club was a major downside. The dining experience was reasonable, with a good selection of items. The facilities were decent, but there were some issues with noise affecting the stay.
The hotel provided a clean and well-maintained room that was recently furnished and remodeled, making it cozy and comfortable for our stay. The coffee/tea service and kettle were convenient for us night owls who missed breakfast service times, although the room had excessive light which affected its coziness.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station for easy access to central Paris and the new arena, making it ideal for travelers attending events. However, the small and minimal rooms may not suit those looking for spacious accommodations. The service is a mix of efficiency and friendliness, with staff accommodating language preferences. The dining experience could be improved with more variety and timely restocking, especially for the breakfast service, which lacked some essential items.
The hotel is not ideal for families with kids as the rooms are small, but they are very clean and sensibly furnished, and the coffee/tea service with a kettle is convenient for night owls. The mattresses were a bit too hard for my taste. The service was a mix of experiences with a mishap of my room being given to someone else, but they made delicious fresh French fries. The location, despite being a bit inconvenient, was close to a bus station and as described, although it's in a rough area with loud music from a neighboring club all night. The dining offered a good selection, but it was not inclusive and had to be paid for separately. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while equipped with useful A/C for summer, felt a bit bare and could have been cleaner. The service was inconsistent with disruptions, but amenities like housekeeping were appreciated. The location, though not exactly as advertised, was convenient for access to the arena and transportation. The dining options were limited and not worth the cost, though the hotel does offer typical European fare. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
The hotel has convenient rooms with coffee/tea service and kettles, suitable for small families. However, some rooms may get very hot, and the AC may not work well. The price is reasonable for the value provided.
I found the hotel to be quite nice overall. The rooms were clean and recently furnished, which was a plus, though the lighting was a bit overwhelming for such a small space. The service was friendly and accommodating, although I wish they had informed us about the air conditioning policy sooner. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport, despite feeling a bit dodgy at times. The dining experience was average, with the buffet not being replenished frequently enough for the number of guests. The facilities were satisfactory, but I expected more for a 3-star hotel.
